So the teacher can oversee students and the student can work in the group easier. The teaching assistant was also helped by another pre-service student teacher from Thailand. We worked together to help the students know the objective of practicum and conclude the activities in the class.
The thrid week was the real teaching in the classroom. Rahmi from Biology education UPI was teaching about Lab Equipment with demonstration method. There were some difficulties faced when teaching foreigner students, one of them was language. The student’s english ability were not really good so the teaching method and media should be conciderated to make it easier. Demonstration method was chosen so the students can develop more practical skills by combinate of propositional knowledge, procedural knowledge, and conditional knowledge.
