Winners of the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran Competition at MTQ AMLI 2026

Bandung – Sunday, March 2, 2026 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education (FPMIPA), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), proudly acknowledges the achievements of its students who received awards in the Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran category at the MTQ AMLI 2026 competition.

In this category, M. Aqva Wibiyana Fahriza (Physics) earned the Silver Medal, while Hashifa Hilyaturrahma (Biology Education) secured the Bronze Medal.

Musabaqah Tilawatil Quran is a competition that highlights participants’ ability to recite verses of the Qur’an with proper tajwid, accurate pronunciation, and melodious rhythm (maqamat). The event emphasizes both technical accuracy and the artistic expression of Qur’anic recitation, encouraging participants to deliver the verses with clarity, beauty, and deep reverence.

The success achieved by these students reflects the holistic development encouraged at FPMIPA UPI, where academic excellence is complemented by the cultivation of character, spirituality, and cultural values.
