Student Complaints Procedure

How to make a complaint

Students and Staff need to have healthy and positive environment during their study/work at FPMIPA UPI. If you have any issues while studying/working at FPMIPA UPI, we will do our best to help and resolve them. All complaints submitted will be treated sensitively and you will not be disadvantaged.

Who can submit a complaint

These include all students (former and prospective) and all staff (permanent/temporary/freelancer). Complaints can only be submitted by the person that experienced the problem directly or if the problem has impacted you directly. You can not submit a complaint experienced by other people or if it did not directly impact you.

Feedback on complaints

Complaints about marks, assessment and/or examination (including thesis and dissertation examination) will only be investigated once the marking completed.
