Laboratory
The management and use of the laboratory and its facilities are regulated by each department and study program. Even so, access to use from outside the study program is still possible. The use of laboratories for faculty course practicum is coordinated between the lecturer who teaches the subject and the manager of the related laboratory under the coordinator of the study program concerned.
Facilities and infrastructure
Laboratory facilities at FPMIPA are equipped with several sophisticated equipment such as HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer), UV / VIS Spectrophotometer, GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopy), GC (Gas Chromatography), FTIR Spectroscopy, Gel drayer, TGA, Electrophoresis set, XRD, Micro centrifuge, PCR, freeze dyer, Nitrogen Dye Laser System, Microphotograph unit, Computer Controlled Micro Movement Stages (3 Axis), and Computer-Controlled Difractometer, as well as a telescope to witness rare natural events . These tools have been utilized by innovative researches. In addition, FPMIPA has a Botanycal Garden that is planted with various rare plants for lectures and research purposes.
