Exam Requirements for Undergraduate Students (S1)
- Clearance of Financial Obligations
Ensure that all financial obligations are settled, as verified by the Finance Office.
- English Language Competency Certificate
For non-English study programs, students must possess an English language competency certificate. The accepted certificates include IELTS, ITP TOEFL, IBT TOEFL, or other equivalent recognized English language proficiency tests.
- For Non-English Study Programs
Students must hold a competency certificate for a second language, such as UPIK, TOPIK, TORFL, or any relevant foreign language test recognized in their study program.
- Competency Certificate
Students must obtain a certificate of competency in fields relevant to their study program. This may include certifications such as LSP 1, LSP 2, or other equivalent certifications issued by organizations such as Microsoft, Coursera, etc.
- Entrepreneurship & MOOC Training Certificate
Students must possess at least one certificate related to entrepreneurship training or a Microcredential certificate obtained from UPI’s MOOC platform or other equivalent MOOC platforms.
- Article Submission
Students are required to submit a thesis, final report, or project as an article to the SISTER platform and must present the article to the public. The article must be in a publishable format for accredited journals like Scopus or others, as determined by the department head.
Exam Requirements for Master’s and Doctoral Students (S2/S3)
In addition to the requirements mentioned in points 1, 3, and 4 above, S2/S3 students are also required to:
- Article Submission (or Conversion)
Convert the thesis/dissertation into an article. The article must be submitted to an accredited journal recognized by Scopus or similar, and confirmation of submission must be reported to SINTA and SISTER platforms and validated by the department head.
- Project/Research Data Submission for Scientific Use
Submit research data, final projects, or similar works to SISTER in a format suitable for publication. This step ensures that the work is ready for public dissemination or publication.
- Proof of Article Publication in Recognized Journals
Students must submit proof of journal article submission or publication. The article should ideally be published in a journal with a minimum of SINTA 3 accreditation, with the entry being recorded on both SINTA and SISTER platforms and verified by the academic advisor.
