Knowing the Profile of Prof. Dr. Nahadi, M.Si, M.Pd

Bandung: Prof. Dr. Nahadi, M.Si, M.Pd. is a lecturer in Natural Science Education, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education (FPMIPA), Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Currently, he is entrusted as Vice Dean for Resources, Finance, and General Affairs of FPMIPA UPI for the 2021-2025 period.

In his educational history, he stated that he had taken a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry Education at the University of Education Indonesia, in 1995. In 2003 he graduated with a master’s degree at Yogyakarta State University. Followed by doctoral level education in 2009 at the University of Education Indonesia.

From 2002 until now, he has been actively teaching and becoming a permanent lecturer at the University of Education Indonesia, precisely in the Chemistry Education study program. He is also active in publishing scientific articles at national and international levels. More than 50 articles have been released. Until 2020, he received the title of Professor in the field of Chemical Education. In 2021, he was appointed and held the mandate as Deputy Dean for Resources, Finance, and General Affairs of FPMIPA UPI for the 2021-2025 period.

His motivation in life until now is in accordance with the proposition in the Hadith, namely “The best of mankind is the most beneficial to mankind”. (HR. Ahmad, ath-Thabrani ad-Daruqutni).
