SITI HAJAR BECOMES ONE OF THE BIOLOGY STUDENTS WHO ACHIEVED THE PENCACK SILAT CHAMPIONSHIP
Pada tanggal 02 hingga 06 Agustus 2023 telah dilaksanakan kegiatan Kejuaraan Pencak From August 2 to 6, 2023, the Pencak Silat Championship took place in Bandung. It is a source of pride for us that one of the FPMIPA students participated in the championship and achieved various accolades.
The student’s name is Siti Hajar Pamungkas from the Biology Education program. Siti Hajar has received three awards simultaneously, namely:
- 3rd Place in Women’s Combined Technique Team
- 3rd Place in Women’s Mandatory Weapon Team
- Best Participant in Basic 1 Women’s UKT at the Bandung City level
Certainly, the preparation she underwent did not happen overnight, in line with her statement in an interview, “The preparation I did, of course, involved consistent training, practicing techniques, and maintaining physical fitness.” Siti Hajar said.
The challenges she faced during this championship included adapting to the predetermined training schedule and overcoming various pressures. This is what Siti Hajar mentioned.
Siti Hajar also shared tips for fellow students to stay active and excel in non-academic fields, which involve setting goals, being dedicated in every action according to what we desire, and being prepared to handle the risks that may arise.
