LPDP Scholarship Socialization 2024

The socialization of the Education Fund Management Institution (LPDP) scholarship will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2023, at Ahmad Sanusi Building UPI. This event aims to provide information and guidance to UPI students and alumni who are interested in continuing their studies to S2 or S3 levels at home or abroad with LPDP scholarships.

The LPDP scholarship is a scholarship program funded by the government through the Ministry of Finance. This scholarship is intended to produce future leaders with integrity, competence, and to contribute to Indonesia’s development. LPDP scholarships have four categories, namely general scholarships, affirmation scholarships, targeted scholarships, and collaboration scholarships.

LPDP scholarships offer various benefits for scholarship recipients, such as tuition fees, living expenses, research fees, book fees, insurance fees, visa fees, airplane ticket fees, language test fees, and other fees as required. LPDP scholarships also provide opportunities for scholarship recipients to develop themselves and network with other LPDP awardees, both through academic and non-academic activities.

To apply for an LPDP scholarship, prospective scholarship recipients must meet the requirements set by the LPDP, such as having a minimum GPA of 3.00, having a minimum TOEFL/IELTS/TOEIC score according to the standards of the destination university, having a letter of recommendation from two people, having a statement of motivation and study plan, having a statement of return to Indonesia, and having a statement that they are not currently receiving scholarships from other sources. In addition, prospective scholarship recipients must also follow a selection process consisting of administrative selection, scholastic aptitude selection, and substance selection.

This event is expected to provide useful information and inspiration for UPI students and alumni who want to continue their studies to a higher level with an LPDP scholarship. With LPDP scholarships, UPI students and alumni can develop their potential and competence in their fields of interest, and contribute to the progress of the nation and state.
