UPI Achieves 2nd Place In The Student Digital Innovation Competition
In addition to successfully organizing the Student Digital Innovation Competition (LIDM), the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) also achieved positive results by securing the second position, just behind the Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, with a total of 1 gold medal, 1 silver medal, and 1 honorary champion medal. UPI attained the second place after competing with 1,356 teams from 234 universities across Indonesia, which were then selected to be the top 100 teams from 48 universities in Indonesia for the LIDM final, held from July 4th to July 6th, 2023.
Through this competition, it is hoped that values of courage, creativity, teamwork, and sportsmanship will be nurtured, inspiring all participants. The showcased educational innovation works at LIDM were outstanding and served as a means to share knowledge and experiences with others, ultimately making a real impact on society.
LIDM 2023 was divided into five divisions: the Division of Educational Digital Technology Innovation (ITDP), the Division of Educational Digital Learning Innovation (IPDP), the Division of Digital Education Videos (VDP), the Division of Digital Posters (PD), and the Division of Digital Microteaching (MD).

- 1st Place - Division of Educational Digital Technology Innovation (ITDP) - Team TXT (Computer Science Education)
- 2nd Place - Division of Digital Education Videos (VDP) - Team EGGDUCATION (Multimedia Education, Cibiru Campus)
- Honorary Champion - Division of Digital Microteaching (MD) - Team Smart Duash (Computer Science Education)
